Q1: Are you a manufactory?
A1: Yes! We are a manufactory located in Dongguan, China.
Q2: What products you are specialize in?
A2: We are specialize in various bags & pouches. Such as neoprene laptop sleeve, neoprene lunch bag, neoprene can cooler & bottle holder, neoprene pencil case, Oxford bags and other more gift items.
Q3: Can we put our logo or company name on the products?
A3: Sure. Most of our products are OEM. We could make silkscreen printed, heat transfer printed, embroidery, embossed, etc. You would be provide your logo by PDF or AI file is okay.
Q4: How can I get unit price of item?
A4: Please leave your message by email or Skype, Wechat; such as size, qty, logo, etc. We will reply you in time after receive your enquiry.
Q5: Can we get samples for reference?
A5: Sure. We supply free sample (without logo) to you. You will let us know your contact details is okay. But you would be pay for shipping cost ‘cause sample is free.
Q6: How much shipping cost for samples?
A6: It is based on weight, package and your country.
Q7: How many days for make sample and mass production?
A7: It takes 2-3 days for make sample. And mass production need 20 days.
Q8: What is payment term?
A8: TT, LC, Paypal.(TT: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or see the against copy of B/L.)
